Changes
Changes are always occurring and is so important to stay on top of things so you can be knowledgeable and be able to discuss things in a positive manner.
Rita,
Many people are afraid of change. In facing change, knowledge and supportive environments make the road so much easier to travel.

Change is good and we just have to be knowledgable about what the changes are and how to deliver the message.
Robert ,
We have to keep up with changes. We are in a dynamic environment and changes happen every day.

We stay on top of changes to be competitive. That is why being in compliance is very important to our organization.
Allen,
I agree! We want and need to know how change is going to affect us. Knowledge and understanding are big steps in working through change.

Jennifer,
Change is inevitable and we are best served if we rise to meet change. Eing proactive is the best approach.

Most people don't like change and resist it. What management has to do is show what's in it (the change) for the employees. Once they see that, they'll buy into the changes.
Thanks,
Allen
Changes are a part of our world that we chose to be part of. We must without hesitation adhere and be able to adapt at a moment’s notice.
Victoria,
Interesting! There are "shoppers" who travel the schools to see if you are operating in accordance to the law.

Harriet,
We are in a very dynamic environment and it is very important that we stay current in order to remain compliant.

In the past two years we have seen a lot of changes, some of them brought by lack of compliance in some institutions. One way to stay under regulations and in full compliance is by assuming that any potential student may be an agent from the Accrediting body or Regulatory Commission. It will keep your institution and everyone in it out of trouble and your future students well informed.
