I have coursed the CM221 and the experience was outstanding. I believe that we have to improve student retention by Identifying struggling students within the first few days and creating an individualized intervention plan to meet that students individual learning needs.

The identification of such challenges in the beginning can help prepare the students for success. In student services, we search for resources to assist the student so that they can be successful and concentrate on school.

I concur with you regarding the importance of retention. I beleive we have to create intervention plans according to their needs.
