Agent's Permit
What are the repercussions if an agent does not display their permit on demand either by a perspective student or school personnel?
Can we hang our permit in our Office room. Does it mention our past % anywhere on permit?
100% right. Keep the permit displayed in the open at your desk. There should be nothing to hide.
I feel that each rep should always have thier permit out! C'mon guys, we work hard for these! You can be in violation if it is not displayed!
What if interviews are conducted over the phone (i.e. for an online school) and the perspective student demands to see your permit? Would mailing a copy of the permit be acceptable? Does a scanned copy need to be readily available to be emailed?
Administrative action can include suspension or revocation of the agent license. This type of issue (failing to display a permit) comes up very rarely and would normally be an unintentional act that would be handled through a verbal or written warning.

The agent and/or the school can be subject to disciplinary action by the State that can include fines or other adminsitrative action.
