Refferal Program
Who would you have to go thru to get schools approved for a refferal program
We have found that students love to refer their friends especially when they will be given a college T-shirt for three good referrals!

Under limited circumstances schools can provide some non-cash rewards to students for referring other students. However, it has to be done as part of a general school referral program and the referral program must be in compliance with state and federal regulations that govern student referral programs.
I was wondering about a referall "reward programs" are we allowed to compensate a student for referring another student?

I would suggest you have your referral program approved by the State Board of Career Colleges and Schools. There are specific limitations and requirements under both state and federal laws that apply to referral programs.
Internally, I would say your Admssions Directior or Commitee. Externally, I figure it would be Department of Education or the OACCS.
