Managing Student Inquiries

How does your school manage student inquiries regarding their programs?

I just started my new job today so I'm unsure how the student inquiries will be managed on the computer. I have learned a variety of computer programs in the past, so hopefully it will be a management system that I'm familiar with.

We use Campus Vue to track all conversations with students.

Our campus began using CampusVue at the begining of December. It is amazing. I too love Contact Manager, it helps us to manage leads effectively.

Our school uses CampusVue to track progess on each inquiry. Admissions team members are responsible for entering correct information as they address inquiries.

We also use CV; I love Contact Manager. It helps me to always remember when to follow up with certain PGE's.

We use Campus View and we have a time line as to how long our leads are valuable, before someone else has the opportunity to contact them.

For the first few days we use file folders to ensure we are calling students regularly. We also update activities in CV. Using the customize button you can efficiently manage your leads in CV as well to gain maximum conversion rates.

We have binders we use for each weeks inquiries. At the end of each week we turn in the inquiries to monthly binders.

We use Campus View to track and manage new leads. It lets you add reminder to yourself so you can manage your leads more effectively.
