new leads
how frequently do u call a new lead on the first day it is given.
Your feedback has all been very helpful. I feel that it is the quality and typle of lead that determines how often you call them. I was surprised to see that 3 times a day was standard. I will try this.
I feel less is more. I may try and contact a lead 3 times in a day but I would never leave 3 messages. To me that is overkill. My particular method is to call and leave an informative message that would perk the curiosity enough to envoke a call back. I would then try and reach them another time or two in that day but, I wouldn't leave a message. In the next few days I again would attempt to reach them and limit the messages to maybe 2 more times in that short window of time. I would then leave a final message. If they do not call back, I would then try and reach them when things are slow or when I am calling my no return call leads.
I call a new lead 2-3 times in a day.
Generally 2-3 times a day is when I call. Calling them when you first receive them is very important. It is the key to contacting a student.
I usually call all my new leads right when I get in while inbound calls are slow, and then again towards the end of the day. I leave a voicemail the first time, but then I don't unless it's been over a week or so and I still haven't made contact.
Yes! Time zones are very important
I usually call 3 times for the first 3 days, and on the second day I will send an email if I have not received a repsonse by phone yet.
I try to make contact 3 times a day for at least the first three days. I wont leave a message everytime or maybe will call twice and send an email. if i dont make contact on the first day i try to make a note of what time I called so i can try different times the next day.
I call it 3 times per day for the first 3 days. Each day I will leave a voicemail for the prospect if I don't reach them. I will also send an email the first 3 days as well.
3 times a day the first day early in day, mid day, and late day 2 times a day second day
Per the school's expectation
