The Resource Notebook
I've been in Admissions for almost 8 years and I truly believe that having a book with UPDATED information is a fantastic ideal. There are times that a situation may come up, that a solution to the situation was covered in a meeting or possibly in training. I feel it will be very helpful to me in the future.
Keith, I concur with you on that point as well. One of my biggest faults with my position in admissions is organization, and after refreshing myself on the new training we've received, it is more important that ever to be able to reference pertinent information.
I am new to the admissions department, I totally agree with having the resource book, so that if I have any questions, I have a great guide.
