I have had an Agents permit for several years. This is great training to remind us of our roles. Our role and goal is to help individuals with choices and positive outcomes.
I agree. No matter how seasoned of a adm rep it's always important to go back to the basics.
I have also been an agent for many years and you're never too old to learn. With all of the new rules and regulations, we all need to be reminded of the importance of following the rules!
I agree with sticking to basic fundamentals. Sometimes we get so busy that we forget them and other key aspects of the admissions process. The refresher courses are great in bringing those to light.
I think having been in the business for a few years its always beneficial to go back to the basics!
I am doing my first training for my permit and I feel that this training is very helpful and informative. It lays everything out in black and white as to what our specific duties are and also what they are not.
