Out of state reps

It was very interesting to know that a rep from another state has to be licensed within the state of ohio to talk to a perspective student.

Where I work, we too have several state certifications. I think its geret to stay informed and aware to remain compliant. As I learn more about the institution I work at and how we are going through the acceditation process with other states, it is apparent that more and more states are requiring individual liscensing.

Good topic,

Yes, I agree very interesting indeed. I feel that more states should protect there population and have more rules involving recruitment. I agree with having reps be licensed to recruit from there state.

I think it is a very good idea to regulate out of state admissions policies as well. I was also unaware of this policy.

Hello Shane,
Being some what new to university admissions, I found it very interesting as well. As my experience has grown, it is actually very common among several states.

In my particular university, we are part of a global operation. It will require 4 different state certifications over time. I actually find it very enlightening as there are many variations state to state.

Respectfully,
