ADMISSIONS

From being in the Admission arena for over 10 years it is nice to see a training method that explains things very simple for a new agent.

This training is important for agents. I don't work directly in admissions, but do contribute to what they do. This has opened my eyes to a few things I would not have normally thought of and it can only help me to help them.

I agree with how nice it is the have the trainings to help new and other agents that have been in admissions for a long time. The information is truly informative.

I like it as well, it is easy to underdatand.

I am new to the field and this course will certainly help with building and improving my skills in Admissions.

The Admissions training from OACCS is a valuable tool for the Director of Enrollment to discuss with new and current Admissions Representatives. With the industry have many changing 'procedures', it's always good to stay up to date, and stay within the guidelines.

It is great to see a training program that is to the point. I am also in Indiana and we do not have a Admissions training program for the state. It's good to see Ohio take charge.

As an Admissions Representative, it is importatant to be as knowlable as possible. In most cases we are the first contact/reepresetation that individual have of our institution. We must convey information as accurately, and confirdently as possible.

I agree Tiffany. I have been working in admissions for over 12 years and it is nice to see requirements, standards to refer to that will provide clear understanding and also consistency at all times. So helps with confusion or misunderstanding during the admissions process

After working in sales for the past 7 years, I am looking forward to a career where I can help students change their lives. This is only my third week on the job but with all the training I have been provided, the transition into this industry has been smooth. The training that I have received so far has been very informative and easy to understand.

I am returning into the field, and it truly has changed, however I like the changes and the focus on making things more appropriate for the students.

Paul,

Glad to hear you found the information to be helpful.

Agree 100%. We need to always be aware of changes that take place with in each state. This way we are aware of the guidelines and conscious of alaways leading by example for the rest of our school. Excellent information.

Tiffany I totally agree with you it is refreshing to have a training that is informative, yet still easy to follow. I have only been in the field for a little under a year and I find that it is simply a joy. It is a very rewarding field because you are able to help people with one of the most important choices in their lives. It gives me such a sense of accomplishment to know that I made a difference at the end of each day.
