I feel that up dating my admissions binder is so important. To have fresh and up to date info ready and available for the Admissions Rep to give the potental student answers to any questions is key to the student being guided to the right career path.

From my experience, the binders are updated annually or whenever there is a change that comes dowm from the state. It would be nice if there were some sort of database that admissions reps could be part of so that when a change is made we could recieve a pdf that we could print off and add to the notebook accordingly.

Not only is important in making sure your folder is up to date, but it's also impoartant that you (as a rep) have all the updated information as well. Don't wait for someone to ask you...take the lead!

Whenever the directors are made aware of changes/updates, we're informed of those updates and expected to keep our own information (binders) up to date.
