This information was very informative and beneficial because it gave me insite on the do's and don't and what agents are responsible for etc. This is simply a guide of ethics on how to correctly and effectively do our job. I am able to grow and evolve within this area of helping others.
I agree, the information provided gave us the do's and donts. Something that will be very helpful in the future. But also gave us more information why things are the way they are. Very imformative, especially with certification.
