The Resource Notebook Idea
I am a newbie Admissions Representative and I have previously saved all my paper work and in a way created a binder and then during my Ohio training I've noticed that it focused a lot on the idea of creating the notebook that I could have by me at all times. I think this is a great idea that could help out a lot. I would probably just want to have some guidance as to what sections to put in the notebook and what order I could have all the important papers organized in so I, in a way, could have a set outline that way my work is done smoothly.
Not only is this notebook accurate, and efficient, but its quick!! Takes no tome to grabthe notebook, and flip to the section you need.
It is an accurate and efficient way to keep up with records and training activities that are vital to the Admissions Rep's arsenal! Great idea as well as helpful!
Having your own source for correct information is critical to being an efficent Admissons Rep. I have had the pleasure of helping students for over 18 months and I found that when you are organized you have more attention to give to your prospective students...that's what we are "ALL" here for!
I also think this is a good idea, I currently am unorganizaed with all the information needed, and this resource notebook really gave me an idea of how to help myself in finding information quickly and efficiently.
