Admissions
With all of the Objections that Admissions Reps have heard, What is the most difficult one that you have had to deal with especially when it is right on the breaking point on whether the prospective student will enroll or not? How did you handle it within the proper rules and regulations of your Institution?
The most common problem we encounter is them getting to school. Some students may have a friend that enrolled with them and others know someone here they can catch a ride with. We ask them to have two backup rides just in case their friend doesn't come to school. Also we provide them with a bus schedule for a third option.
Transportation seems to be the biggest and hardest obstacle to over come.
Advising them of the what bus route come out to our campus, is how I have heard the reps respond
