Anyone is welcome to take this training, even if they are not an agent. In addition, sometime next year, the Board will be implementing new rules that will require other staff members to complete training.

Yes, that is correct. However, keep in mind that even if an individual is not required to secure an agent's permit, they are still required to follow the same rules as an agent.
