Admissions Rep

Since I have never worked in the education field before, I find this training to be very helpful. I am surprised that an agent or admissions representative cannot actively solicit students who are currently enrolled in other colleges (as I understand it). Can anyone please expand upon this or explain the reasoning behind it? Thank you!

Hello Jessie

I agree as an admissions rep should should not be allowed to encourage anyone to breach their contract with another company.

Jessi,

A studnet who has signed an enrollment agreement with a college cannot be recruited or encouraged to drop out of their current school to enroll in another college becuase that would essentially involve encourageing the student to break their contract with their current school and may entail academic and financial consequences for the student who drops out.
