License Renewal
I think that it is essential and necessary that every year an agent has their licensed renewed. This ensures that the agent is up to par on their skills, and is knowledgeable on the most current information within the educational system.
Will I have to take this training again next year? I am assuming every year it changes?

You are required to take this training once. At your next renewal you will be required to take CM305 and then there will be different trainings required the following years.

I may have missed this in the module, but do you have to take this course and test every year or is it a different one every year?
I like that there are also training offered throughout the year to help keep your kills up to par which will allow the renewal to be easier and understandable
