I found this as well that when the student is so enthralled in the process and you think its a sure thing but turns out not to be and then you have the student that is withdrawn and doesn't seem to be too interested and they turn out to be great. This is why they say not to prejudge the potential student because you never know.

I see this all the time. Some perspectives that come in if you are "reading" them don't seem engaged during a tour but are often the ones that enroll without a doubt in there mind. Compared to the ones who seem so engaged in the tour and then never seem to want to enroll.
