What's the best way to overcome objections?

The best way to overcome any objection is to first and foremost listen ensure that you understand the true source of the problem. Acknowledge the problem and ask a follow up question: i.e "that costs too much" (answer) "What were you expecting to pay?" This provides the client the opportunity to give you more information at which point you confirm if you have or have not alleviated the original concern.

It's all about building a relationship with the prospective student. Finding a connection and understanding their goal or desired outcome with the education the will receive. Helping the prospective student feel confident in their choice and building trust. The prospective is probably looking at multiple program options so the Agent needs to be skilled in the benefits and features of the programs the school offers. Make sure the agent provides all of the program information without it being a brain dump but a conversation with the prospective student. The Agent should have resources available to work from and should be monitored for quality control.
