tuition refunds

Can the refund policies be only in the enrollment agreement?

Even though this is not a direct duty of an admissions agent, the in depth knowledge and understanding of this process has proven to be very helpful on many occasions.

You definitly want it to be highly visible. The last thing you would want is a conflict arising from confusion.

I know that it is in the school handbook as well, but do you get a lot of questions about translating that info from the student?

I believe the Refund Policy should be transparent. All should be able to view it on the website.

I think most schools have the policy outlined in multiple documents for the student to verify they have read and understood.

Paul:

The school tuition refund policy must be in both the school catalog and the enrollment agreement.

Its not limited to just the EA.

Great question, Paul. It is my understanding that while the refund policy HAS to be in the EA, it is not limited to this document.
