Didnt know
I didn’t know the enrollment agreement needed a student signature...
This is great information! Thank you!
this is very good to know i didnt have a clue that e-signing was acceptable i thought it had to be a hand written signature.
Ryan,
Ohio Admin Rule 3332-1-09(E)(7) requires that the enrollment agreement have a "signature or other electronic verification from the applicant and the school official". So "e-signing" would be acceptable under this provision of the rule.

Is E-signing a document ok under Ohio's rules and regulations or does the student have to physically sign the document?
Jenessa,
The enrollment agreement does require a student signature and date. If your school's enrollment agreement does not include this, please mention it to the appropriate person at your school so that it can be updated.
