Why can't the state board enforce that nothing negative comments are aloud to be posted on that cites webpage?

Since post people use this information, sometimes in order to make a decision. Their website or program should be able to sell itself.

Yes, and those can have an affect on people families and ability to provide for family. Many complaints are not even true simply said for spite. You make an excellent point.

I agree. It actually walks a fine line between
Constitutional rights and slander. Although people are entitled to their own opinion, there needs to be something in place to make sure that these people are not slanderous with their comments. It can have a long lasting effect on the company, as well as the student population.

Specific concerns should be emailed to the Board directly. We will then determine if they are a violation of the laws and rules governing the schools.
