The order of the Paperwork
Is there a particular order that the paperwork should be in and if so why?
Definitely whatever works best for your school. We have moved around the order of paperwork to best fit our rules, procedures, and programs.
I think that every institution has their own way of doing things. Each person has a system that works best for them. As long as you have all the paperwork, that is requried, on hand then it should be fine. Whatever order you choose.
The order of the paperwork should go along with the flow of the enrollment process to be effectively understood by the signee. This would alleviate further confusion not to overwhelm signee as this may be one of the most improtant decisions the student makes in life. Clarity should be a constant focus.
