Timing

How long does it take to complete the enrollment packet on average?

I was talking to some of my new co-workers and they informed me that the entire enrollment process here could be complete in as short as a week. However, they stated that 2 weeks or more is typical because of conflict with with availibility.

I follow my students through the process and provide them with updates via email on things like the next steps and urge them to submit the required information within 24 hours or less.

Yes, that's about what it takes our school to complete the total enrollment package. For our regular programs that do not require a background check and/or entrance exam, it might only take 2-3 days depending on how fast the student can get their formal transcripts to us.

For our nursing program however, it takes much longer as an assessment test is required, background checks, drug testing, etc.

I encourage both type of applicants to get the required information to us as soon as possible by calling them and making their appointment with financial aid at the appropriate time. Especially important for nursing students since the program fills up quickly.

It normally depend on the program they choose. As for certification programs they normally do right away where as for Diploma/Degree programs it normally took 2 weeks for the student (medical/ paper work/personal information) where as sometime for background check it might take more time.

But we encourage them to do fast by calling them and if they are facing some problems we guide them how to proceed.
