Catalog
As a current student myself I still use the course catalogs. I think they are a great informatmional tool.
The school catalog is a good teaching and guiding/information tool for the Rep to use and a good researching tool for both prospective student and agent. For the student; to pre-assess what classes they'd take if in that program as well as possible transfer credits; and for the agent...product knowledge!
I think the course catalog is a great resource for both the prospective student and the admissions representative. Looking at it together can definitely help answer questions.
The school catalog is an excellent source of information! It has every bit of information in it you need. I always turn to it when ever I need to look up a question I may have or to freshen up on the attendance policy. Always have it handy, it will get used!
