Double check your work!

It is important to double check your paperwork in order to maintain a smooth process for both the student and yourself. Double checking helps avoid unecessary mistakes and questions, and helps the enrollment process to move in an organized, swift fashion.

This is a big thing with double check everything you do because you never know when the time comes when you have to cover yourself. Always make sure you have every document completed, signed and date!

Double checking your work is crucial to maintain a smooth enrollment process. We do not want to have to have the student come back multiple times to complete things that were initially missed by not double checking.

I couldn't agree more about the importance of double-checking your work. It may take a little more time, but in the end will more than likely save time correcting mistakes.

Being new to the for-profit arena, I thank you for driving home that point.

Double checking your work provides for greater accuracy and a fresh pair of eyes on the documenation would help.

I could not agree more! I find taking my time to double check every signature helps me make sure I went over every piece of the enrollment packet with the student. That way I am sure i did not miss a signature, because that looks bad on my part and if I have to go back to the student for a signature they could think "well did she not tell me something". I do not want the student to think I left something out.

Something this simple cannot be taken for granted. It's a good idea to have a process in place where multiple team members are assisting in the review of documentation along with sign offs to make sure the process is complete and consistent each time.

Absolutely. It is extreemely importatnt to double check all of our paperwork. This helps maintain the integrity of the process.

I believe double checking our work is vital to ensuring the most accurate information. If you would happen to have a colleague that had time, their flesh eyes maybe even more effective.

Most agreed! Sometimes I even triple check my work, signatures, dates, etc. Sometimes the student misses something and these are legal documents. Double/Triple checking makes for accuracy with your work.
