The tuition charge shall be for institutional purpoes only. Any additional fee for activities, books, equipment, and room and board shall not be included in the school's tuition charge.
This was a real poser for me, while I was reading it I kept thinking all-inclusive tuiton over and over and over. Many schools advertise this. Is this not okay in Ohio?

This does come up from time to time. The Board's main concnern is how those charges are being refunded. The Board would be okay with the charges being all together, however they would have to be refunded at the same percentage as the tuition, in accordance with the state refund policy. Does that make sense?
