Enrollment Agreements

It is good to personally review the enrollment agreements from time to time and to make sure that a student has read them thoroughly prior to signing. Although we go over the agreement with the student, it is vital they know to take the information home and read through it and that it is a legal contract.

This is a very important document where the prospect student needs to understand what the institution governs ,it is the admissions responsibility to go over all the enrollment requirements they must be clearly stated in the catalog and other documents they need to be followed 100%.

That's a really good point becuase most of the times many students miss the fine prints and if they are getting a degree or a diploma in a specific field where it requires them to have a clean background any felony or mishap of past can prevent them from getting their license or Externships. Hence, very important for Admission rep. to point out these facts and for students to read through all the manual and information provided to them.

This is an excellent point. Not only is routine review a great way to stay current and educated on the enrollment agreement itself, it is also a good way to train the eyes to spot portions that are incomplete when it comes time to fill one out. Additionally, I think you make a great point about emphasizing the weight and importance concerning the legal aspect of what the enrollment agreement means for both the school and the student. With so much paperwork, we must be careful that the student (or ourselves) don't see the enrollment agreement as just another form to fill out/read through and sign.
