Financial Aid
Anyone have suggestions on how to refrain from giving too much information about FA? I came from campus and had alot more knowledge about FA than reps do here, Its a different demographic!
Sometimes, too much information can be dangerous. It is best to never give specifics and always direct the students to the financial aid department.
Yes. Do not tell them that the information in unavailable, just simply let them know that there is someone that would be glad to answer any of their FA questions.
Explain to student that you are not a financial aid expert and that those whos have more specific info and expertise will answer any f/A questions the student has
