Retention/Placement rates?

How often are these rates required to be updated for prospective student knowledge?

All registered schools are required to provide placement statistics.

Each registered school is required to provide some placement statistics.

I would say yes. Any school affilated with one amother is a school in one(branch). Placement and retention rates is such an important piece to any schools success. It reflects any future enrollment patterns as well as what and how successful the schools programs and most importantly how each student likes the programs the institution, instructors etc.!

Rebecca,

Each registered school is required to provide placement statistics specifically for their site. Learning centers, as approved by the Board, would be providing the data from their main location.

If there is a branch campus, must there be specific data on its placement/completion rates or is that included in the main campus information?

Keith:

Most schools must report placement and graduation data to states and/or accrediting agencies on an annual basis. The State of Ohio's reporting period is July 1-June 30 which is a fairly typical academic reporting year. Thus, I would expect that placement/retention information is updated, at a minimum, whenever this new yearly data is gathered and reported. Obviously, if schools are able to provide more current information, that is certainly encouraged.
