"Lead companies"
Are the "lead companies" subject to the same regulations as the schools utiziling their services are?
I feel that should be regulated as well. It should never be tied to a Job Board, because some individuals think they are completing a job application.

What about lead companies that may use practices that are boarderline, such as soliciting leads from help wanted ads or advertising by job boards?

Good question. The answer is generally "no" since lead companies that are only identifying students that may be interested in going to school and that are not soliciting on behalf of specific schools are not under the jurisdiction of the Ohio State Board of Career Colleges and Schools. However, if it was determined that a lead company was engaging in active solicitation of students on behalf of specific schools they may be subject to regulation.
