Advertising Question
Can someone give me an example of what kind of advertising is not permitted by the Ohio State Board of Career Colleges?

Prohibited advertising practices are listed in Ohio Admin. Code section 3332-1-12. Generally, anything false or misleading would be prohibited.

One example, is that no school may guarantee any certain wage, or imply earnings greater than the prevailing wage. Additional information about advertising can be found in Ohio Administrative Code 3332-1-12.
