Every agent should all the campus information concerning programs, student success, student services, FA and etc. The agent need to have details concerning the information to provide to any students that would like to enroll.
Jameel, the more you know about your institution the more reputable your instution will look to a potential student. In addition if you misinform a student and break one of the state laws and regulation you can not only get yourself in trouble but your institution as well, that is why it is critical to be as informed as possible.
