Student Services
I believe that student services though it is an important part of the student experience, should not be over sold! As agents we must be careful not to over state the out comes of a students employment through our student services department.
Student services are a very important part of my college, they work so hard to make sure the students know that we are their for them.
I agree that student services is an excellent tool. What I really like about our school is that our students can immediately utilize our career services departemtn to assist with resume help, finding a part time job etc. I have attended a different school, whereby we, as students, could not utilize career services until it was time for us to graduate.
The student services is an excellent tool that the students should take advantage of. They help with resumes, mock interviews and ultimately help prepare the student to be placed in a career

Admission representatives need to stay on point and not drift into other areas such as financial aid and salaries and career placement, there are departments for that.
I think pointing out the outcomes and placement rates to prospective students is very important. With the facts properly documented, overstating the outcomes would not be an issue.
