Marketing
What is the best way to market the school?
Katie,
The advertising rules are the same, regardless of your marketing media.
Kimberly Stein
I am a new Admissions Coordinator and wanted to know more about the possibility of using social media to help market our programs. I found social media to be a very effective way of marketing in my previous job and I was curious what the policies are with that here?
A positive reinforcement in the community is a great form or marketing. This shows the community that you have a vested interest in the people and that you are there to help in anyway that you can. Doing this can drum up business by the good that the employees are showing. Also anyone who sees it that may be an alum or present student can reinforce to friends and family that great expereinces that they had while attending. Referrals are an integral part of the recruitment process and should be used as much as possible.
A very powerful way of marketing is definitely through the word of mouth from student and other affiliates. I also feel that there are so many resources that are useful within the school that could be used whether it's t-shirts, or other material that has been produced through the organization, which is safe because we know that all of the materials used in the marketing process would fall under compliance.
Marketing comes in many forms especially with the addition of social media. It takes a talented marketing team to make sure your PPC campaigns provide the landing pages for with the information a prospective is searching for. An informative website with graduate testimonials is vital for credibility of your school. Having the ability for students to share their experience and successes with friends and family on Facebook, Twitter is a great tool as well. Of course having a great team of agents available to answer questions and connect with the student is always highest priority.
in my opinion, it is personal development leads. I also believe that word of mouth is one of the very best ways and a great compliment to the school.
