Communication is Key to a well functioning school
It is important to keep in direct contact with all departments from admissions, financial aid, career services and educators as well. By keeping lines of communication clear through all departments, each department is easily able to go to another department for assistance. By doing this, the school offers the best opportunities for it's students by having everyone within the school on the same page.
I have always believed that you don't have to have all the answers but you need to be able to find out who does. Keeping in direct contact with all departments affords you that clear line of communication so when a question arises, you know who to contact. Being on the "same page" is paramount.
