agents going into different schools, should they be used also in the radio and tv marketing?

Are you talking about agents that go into high schools to talk about/promote our school? I do not see a reason why they should not be in the ads for the school. To a lot of the students, they are the first person/face of your school, and that might make the perspective student make a connection and pursue your school.

Bernadette, did you do the ads at the other school? Did you use your name in the ads?

It all depends if it is cost effective to market in various mediums. You will find that tv ads will differ greatly in price from web ads. Track where you students first heard about your school and make a choice from those stats.
