Information

Should we limit the exposure we have to information that we are not permitted to share with prospective students? The concern is that information may slip out that could result in disciplinary actions. It is also nice to have as much information as possible, but there is a lot of risk associated with having answers that cannot be shared.

If there is an area in the enrollment process that I cannot discuss with the student I prefer to not have much training in that particular area. I can't share too much information if I don't have it.

I think students should be informed with what they need to know and so should the employees

Richard, I understand where you are coming from. If we are informed about a lot of different knowledge that we aren't allowed to share with potential students, it will become difficult to remeber what we are allowed to say and what we are not.
