Why Compliance

What would the impact be if Compliance was not implemented?

Great Question!!

We would have schools that would not lead with integrity , schools that would do anything in order to get students in the door . This compliance portion is very important in the bigger scheme of things. We want our schools to be the best at what they do in the most truthful and honest way possible. SO , WHY Compliance ???

Because it seperates the ok schools from the Great schools !!

If schools were not held to compliance standards some dishonest people could hurt many students careers.

compliance gives for profit schools a bench mark to reach...

Compliance is important on so many levels. At its core is the protection of both the student and the school. As my dad always said, "Expectations are rarely talked about until they are unmet." Compliance is a way to be sure that all the expectations and regulations are fully disclosed so that both parties can make wise decisions.

Compliance is so important! Not only can the school suffer severely (in regards to fining), but it also weighs on the credibility of the college in the community, as well as the ADA and the student(s) they work with.

I am trying to learn as much as possible, develop good habits right out of the gate in regards to compliance and have the knowledge and resources to provide to our students, both current and prospective.

Compliance is huge, everyone needs to be very compliant. Otherwise the school will get in trouble.

Ulysees,

The school would likely have siginificant regulatory problems if they did not take compliance very seriously.
