Notebook and staying up to date
I see the notebook as a fluid document. As rules change, we need to be as current as possible. I would imagine it is also important to dispose of dated material.

Rules come up for review on a regular basis and have to go through a long review/approval process. You can expect changes to the rules several times a year.

I'm new to admissions and was wondering how often these rules and regulations usually change? Is it normaly monthly, yearly, or you just have to keep an eye on it?
I think the best way to keep an up to date electronic version is to constantly check the board website via RSS feeds. Most RSS Feeds will add to your list if there are updates (or from experiences I've had)
