I just have to remember all this stuff that goes along with enrolling students and staying compliant. It's a nice bit of information.
"I do not know,but I will check.", is a fine answer. Treat people you would want to be treated or want your son or daughter treated.
Being compliant, in my opinion, is the most important part of the job. You always have to cover yourself.
It really is quite easy. Just remember, if there's something iffy that you're unsure of go to a more seasoned rep or your DOA. When on the phone use the compliance script word for word if asked a tricky question.
You are right. If you are ever unsure about something you are going to do or thinking about saying, always check with your instituitons policies before doing/saying so. Some compliance gaps can cause immediate termination!
