Clever idea!
I think a Resource Notebook is a really great idea. Compiling all of the tools you need into one notebook that you can reference is handy and will be very useful to make sure that you always stay in compliance.
I agree about the resouces notebook, otherwise known in my office as "the book of everything".
I totally agree, having a resource notebook really helps me stay organized and also helps with me finding information quickly.
The resourse notebook is a great idea. It will definitely help keep individuals organized and allow them to find information quick and easy. I like to have notebooks of all the information necessary to know, so I love the idea.
I like the idea of having the resource binder available at my desk. I think it would also be good to store as much as I can in an electronic format as well.
It is nice to have a resource that is handy so that you can look up information quickly. This is also something that is beneficial because it might not be information that is dealt with on a daily basis, so it is n't something that is just known by the agent.
I agree, the Resource Notebook is very useful and important to have at your desk or office. I plan to use it as a form of checklist to make sure that I cover all important topics when speaking with prospective students.
It definately makes it easier... sure everything in the world is on the internet or computer system somewhere, but the notebook is right there on the shelf and isn't all clogged up with videos of fainting goats.
I wonder if, for today's society, it wouldn't be more wise to compile this as an electronic document?
I couldn't agree more! I've been in admissions for a while now and I feel my resource notebook is the most useful tool I use daily.
