The Importance of Keeping Up-to-Date Information
It is crucial to maintain up-to-date information in order to be the best agent or admissions representative that you can be. Being informed on updated rules, laws, poclicies, etc. will ensure that you are doing your job correctly, which will then benefit prospective students.
By staying up to date with new information is verry important for the school and student.
as a director i feel that it is also my responsibilty to ensure that my team has current information & is compliant
I find that constanlty checking myself for up to date information is always the best policy. I never want to be out of the know and be incorrect or speaking about past info. It makes me feel like I am failing the student.
It is also makes good business sense to provide accurate, reliable and trustworthy information about the organization and the educational programs offered, plus it is the right thing to do!
It's a matter of Ethics as well. We do not want to give out any untrue of false information because we didn't take the time to update ourselves with policies.
