I learned that it is always important to gather information as you go through and complete your agent/admissions training course and update documents on a regular basis. So that you won't have to do it all at once or back track.
In order for the prospect to get started in the right path, we must sharpen our skills by staying on top of updated regulations.

Amber, this is very true, things do change on a regular basis therefore it is critical to stay up to date with all changes. A good director will provide you with any updates however there may be times when you have to take the initiative yourself to stay up to day.
