There is so much great information in this forum. What do you believe are the best qualities an admissions representative should have? Do you feel that marketing strategies should be made primarily from the employees who work at the school?
I think passion (energy can be a good substitute for passion), the ability to have quality conversations, and a drive for success are excellent qualities of admissions reps. I also believe that employees who work at a school can provide valuable information towards marketing strategies, based primarily on feedback from the students they are working with.
