We complete program training utilizing our program chairs 4x per year. How often do you train with faulty/program chairs about your programs on campus?
Still new, so everyday is training. But the staff and instructors are very good about helping to answer questions from both Admissions and Students
We hold quarterly meetings not only to discuss new areas but also to make sure that all understand and can promote the existing policies already in place

I would recommend you approach your supervisor to ask if they can provide some updated training.

We have program updates but no real training except for initial training. Even if it was 10 years ago.
I was trained during my initial training but any time there are changes or updates we are informed. I have taken a lot of intiative on my own to learn more about each program and interact with program managers and instructors so that I am more confident when prospective students have questions.
