Monthly staff meetings and bi weekly conference calls are both fantastic ways to keep staff up to date on any updates or changes. These meet times are great ways to address any staff members questions and assist staff with ways to relay the information to any prospective or current students.
I totally agree. Communication is so very important to have between all departments of the school just to ensure everyone is on the same page and we're not telling students several different answers.

Communication is key. All departments must always be imformed and on the same page of all rules and regulations. Training is necessary- it is easy to just inform people, but they must be trained on how to properly give the information to prospective students as well.
