How to handle violations
When you see a violation occuring from upper management, how should you handle that? On top of that, what should you do if they are encouraging this type of behavior?
If upper management is the one doing the violation, I'd definitely report it to an internal manager (or ethics line, if possible) immediately and in writing. It is up to every single employee to uphold the integrity and truthfulness of the school's information, as well as their accreditation and compliance with regulations.
You need to address it with the person that is being accused, then go to their manager. If it does not cease you need to report it to the State asap
You are not only putting the school in jeapordy, you are placing yourself in jeapordy as well.
You need to address this issue immediately because if you do not, you are putting the school in jeopardy.
Report it to the State Board immediately.
