It is very important to train new employees so they are aware of the importance of rules and regulations. What are some tools you use to ensure new employees are trained?
We go through EDMC University, Knowledge Online, and OACCS which teach us policies, practices, best procedures.
We got through online training courses/slideshows that our national director has assisted making. They have also been approved by the OACCS. It covers pretty much everything as far as compliance as well as tools and suggestions on how to convey ideas.
we go through our ecampus portals to ensure we know the rules and regulations of the admissions process...also we brush up in training using role playing
