like you Nicole I do not address the negative comments made by other schools. and I make sure I don't ever make comments about those schools bad or otherwise
I dont address any negativity because it is usually false. I will how ever redirect the conversation to establish a students needs.
I apologize you are so confused or upset of what you have been informed thou I can say that I attend to give you the correct information. I can't and won't compare what they offered you but in fact allow you to see how we can benefit you.
I've only had that happen a couple of times, but my response was to say something along the lines of "I'm sorry that's what you heard. I'm not sure what information you may have been given, but I'd be happy to give you any details and answer whatever questions you have. That way you can see for yourself if our school and program would be a good fit and meet your needs." I tried to keep it as honest as possible without giving negative feedback about the other school or how things were handled.
